چکیده

Extracellular vesicles (EV) are thought to mediate the systemic adaptations physical exercise including running. In this systematic review, we aimed analyze kinetics of EV release in peripheral blood runners. We searched Pubmed, Scopus and Web Science using search strategy [‘Extracellular vesicles’ OR ‘exosomes’] AND [‘running’ ‘treadmill’ ‘marathon’] according PRISMA guidelines. selected studies that assessed numbers or size response running humans. Conference abstracts, reviews, published languages other than English, assessing any components without isolation, experimental animal models were excluded. There nine (#1-9), with a total 152 runners, 30 marathon Running activities included treadmill test (#1-7) high intensity outdoor (#8, #9). The was observed during (#1, n=16), immediately after (#2, n=10; #3, n=12; #5, n=8; #7, n=19; #9, n=26), remained elevated within 90 min (#3, n=12) decreased overnight (#6, #8, n=27). no effect on #4 (n=9). Size-exclusion chromatography used for isolation (#2; #4), nanoparticle tracking analysis – quantification (#3-7) Western blotting - cargo (#2-4; #6-7). optimal timing running, although protocol standardization is needed. This work carried out support our ongoing research into runners urticaria.

Extracellular Vesicles in Regenerative Medicine, a Brief Review

Extracellular vesicles were initially known as cellular waste carriers, while recent studies demonstrate that extracellular vesicles play important biological roles in all aspects of life-from single cells to mammalians. Their pathophysiological roles in some diseases like cancer are being decoded. Extracellular vesicles are divided into some classes and there are different strategies to isolat...

EXTRACELLULAR VESICLES AND THEIR THERAPEUTIC APPLICATIONS: A REVIEW

Background & Aims: Extracellular vesicles are double phospholipid layer vesicles releasing from several cells.  These particles contain bio-molecules including mRNA, miRNA, DNA, proteins, and lipids which play a pivotal role in the cell to cell communication. Once delivered, they participate to change target cell function, fate, morphology, differentiation, and growth. The present study is a re...

Microbubbles-Assisted Ultrasound Triggers the Release of Extracellular Vesicles

Microbubbles-assisted ultrasound (USMB) has shown promise in improving local drug delivery. The formation of transient membrane pores and endocytosis are reported to be enhanced by USMB, and they contribute to cellular drug uptake. Exocytosis also seems to be linked to endocytosis upon USMB treatment. Based on this rationale, we investigated whether USMB triggers exocytosis resulting in the rel...
